Embroidered Alphabet Sampler, sneak peek

I really love to embroider.  I am not very good at it, but I keep trying.

Ever since I finished Alicia’s fabulous Daisychain ABCs Sampler, I have been missing it.  I wanted more alphabet samplers.  Needed them!

Ahhh, that’s better.   Wow, that’s pretty wrinkled.  I hope the iron is up to the task.

  2. Looks to me like you've got the embroidery thing down pat. I, on the other hand, could use a lesson or two or three. Your alphabet sampler is beautiful. Look at all those stitches!

Only you could make a paper butterfly display with fake Latin names look sensational. :)

    Have a great day! Tammy

  3. You are fabulous! So glad I found your blog. As a fellow crafter (and crochet lover) I am inspired by you. Do you sell your crafts? An alphabet sampler would be lovely in my daughter's room :)

    1. Oops, I missed this one--I normally use DMC, but for this project I used something called "Dee-Lite" which I found at a yard sale, and which I think is usually used in punch-needle embroidery. :)
