Anticipation

DSCF2430a

Jenny Lind bed, painted Tomato Red.  That’s the actual paint company color name, great job, Benjamin Moore!  It is the color of tomatoes, exactly.  This room has been all spruced up in anticipation of this weekend, when my beautiful girl comes home.  My heart is bursting.

  6. She will be so excited. My beautiful boy was home for 10 days and then went back to Columbus, Ohio. I am sad he isn't here for the summer but happy I don't have to pick up after him!
Hugs and have fun with your daughter.

  10. I am absolutely adoring this colour red at the moment. It's really hard to come by in yarn but I notice Cath Kidston uses it a lot. It looks great with pink and green and of course on your bed!! :)

  11. Wow! I love that shade of red.... bet your daughter will adore it!!!
That is the best type of cleaning and tidying up when a son or daughter is returning home. Everything just in its place ready for the moment.
Is that bedroom situated under the eaves of the roof? I can see there is a slope. A bedroom with character and not just four straight walls. Does the door lead out onto a balcony? Sorry for being nosy .....I just like houses.

    keep well

    Amanda :-)

    1. Nope, no balcony, but that would be SO great! I'd love a balcony. Then I'd have to take the room for myself, wouldn't I? ;)
